A breeze washed over
the shivering hills
allowing them to rise and
fall
like a mothers gentle hush
Quieting the sun-rays
to curl within the drops of dew
and nestle atop the trees
catching flight
upon a beating butterfly
and dispersing amongst
spinning auburn creeks.
the wind gently tugged
at a mass of wild hair
Strays unraveling
as invisible
fingertips
danced through the
songbirds lullaby.
Fingers lost in buttercups
and eyes merely resting
where the sky meets the earth
laughing in colorful shades
and spinning
in the watery sunset.
I have found happiness.

Anyway, Im sad I dont have a driveway );
Well, i kinda do, but I might get run over by cars. Since the house beside me is a daycare, people park everywhere and one day, they might run over me if I was lying down on my "drive way".
Whoa, living next to a daycare??!! I couldn't do that. If there are three things I hate with a passion in the entirety of this planet, it's Alec Baldwin, the butchering of poetry, and poorly supervized children. I tip my hat to you, sir.
Would I like to meet this Alec Baldwin?
(I do not know who he is)
maybe i should lay down in the center of my driveway because all a can write about this month are sad things.
only, i don't have a driveway...
this poem will be my happy inspiration. (:
yeah, I hate those months and the feeling of writing sad poems, but sometimes it really is the best way to vent.
(lol What's funny is that we just got out driveway paved this week, so I'm basially in heaven) XD
thanks for the tip
